You will deliver within all aspects ofthe catering service at our home including budget control, orderingand storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchenstaff.

The requirements
You'll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery orrelevant skills
You'll hold a Food Safety Certificate
You'll have demonstrated experience in the preparation offresh bulk cooking
You'll have demonstrated ability to order stock withinbudget guidelines
You'll have strong understanding of food service complianceand the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
You'll have demonstrated experience in the Aged CareIndustry
