At JBS Dinmore, the largest and most respected beef processing plants in the southern hemisphere, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our Maintenance Leadership Team.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the site's electrical maintenance function, ensuring the secure, reliable and efficient operation of electrical assets across a large-scale 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This is a key leadership role focused on reliability, continuous improvement and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop the electrical maintenance teamDrive preventative and predictive maintenance programsImprove plant reliability and minimise downtimeProvide technical support and leadership during breakdownsManage electrical contractors and service providersLead shutdown planning and executionEnsure compliance with safety legislation, standards and site requirementsPartner with Production, Engineering and Project teams to deliver business objectivesAbout YouCurrent Queensland Electrical LicenceProven leadership experience in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VSDs,
