We own and operate a large fleet of plant and equipment and employ a large, diverse workforce that has extensive experience delivering large and complex utilities and civil infrastructure projects.Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney's largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets.What you will be doingConduct Site Surveys using the latest technologies (Robotic Total stations, GPS, GNSS, Dumpy Level) As-built surveys, general set-out, and compiling as-built plans for large civil construction projectsData management and the proficient use of survey softwareLiaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors and help enable timely delivery of the project.Is this job for meFour years of experience as a surveyor working on construction or civil construction projectsBe degree qualified in Engineering/Surveying/or hold relevant tertiary qualificationsHave demonstrated experience in all aspects of engineering and construction surveyingHave demonstrated experience with civil or utility infrastructure projects, Experience with use of 12D software and utility work specifically is an advantage.
