Senior Maintenance Plumber – High-End Residential
Hardie & Co Plumbing is growing and we're looking for a highly skilled, experienced plumber who takes pride in their work and wants more than just a job.
We are not a volume plumbing company.
We specialise in:
High-quality residential maintenance
Emergency plumbing
Drain diagnostics
Bathroom renovations
Pipe relining
We're building a structured, professional trade business that raises the standard in our industry — and we need another strong operator to help lead from the front.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for a plumber who:
Has 8+ years experience in maintenance plumbing
Is confident diagnosing complex issues
Can communicate clearly with homeowners
Is comfortable quoting and selling on site
Takes pride in workmanship and presentation
Enjoys mentoring apprentices
The Role
You will:
Diagnose and repair maintenance plumbing issues
Quote and convert work on site
Manage and mentor apprentices
Deliver high-level customer experience
Uphold company systems and processes
Assist in developing junior tradesmen
Support growth of our pipe relining division (experience preferred but not essential)
What We Offer

$45 - $55 per hour base rate (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
Qualified plumber (Cert IV at a minimum)
NSW driver's licence
Strong residential maintenance experience
Relining experience preferred but not necessary
