Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Supervise subdivision and bulk earthworks projects from start to finishLead site crews, subcontractors and plant operationsCoordinate daily works to achieve programme and productivity targetsEnsure WHS, QA and environmental complianceLiaise with Project Managers,



Engineers and clientsDrive quality outcomes and maintain project schedulesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience supervising subdivision and civil construction projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience delivering bulk earthworks, roads and underground servicesCert IV in Civil Construction or Construction (or equivalent)White Card and current Driver's LicenceWhat's On Offer$130K-$160K + Super + Company VehicleLocal Toowoomba projects - home every nightSecure pipeline of work with a growing contractorSupportive team and genuine career progression
