The Role
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and productive conduct of clinical trials while maintaining the highest standards of participant care, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating day-to-day clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirementsManaging participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, scheduling, and follow-up visitsProviding participants with clear, timely,
and supportive communication throughout the study journeyPerforming clinical procedures within scope, including vital signs, ECGs, and sample collection where requiredMaintaining accurate source documentation, Investigator Site Files (ISF), study logs, and electronic recordsEntering and managing study data using EDC and IRT systemsLiaising with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure seamless study deliveryResponding to study queries and monitoring actions within required timelinesSupporting study milestone tracking, risk management activities, and quality improvement initiativesAssisting with supervision and delegation of tasks to Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs)Ensuring participant safety through timely AE/SAE reporting and protocol compliance
About You
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with a passion for clinical research and patient care.
You will bring:
A science-related qualification, preferably within medicine, nursing, or health sciencesMinimum 2-3 years' experience in clinical research coordination or a strong interest in transitioning into researchExcellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality data standardsExperience using EDC and IRT systems (desirable)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyA patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional participant experience
