re-assess claims files or conduct your own investigationsKeep It CompliantEnsure all advice aligns with policy wording, regulatory standards and ethical practicesAbout YouYou have at least 2 years' experience in Property, Construction or Commercial Claims, ideally in assessing, advocacy, or loss adjustingYou're confident interpreting policy documents and scopes, with a sharp eye for spotting exclusions, inconsistencies or technical errorsYou're skilled at providing clear, evidence-based recommendations and know how to back your judgment with solid rationaleYou're a solid communicator, able to turn complex technical findings into simple, actionable advice for both clients and colleaguesYou're comfortable writing everything from formal letters to internal emails and technical assessmentsYou're detail‐oriented, proactive, and motivated by doing the right thing for people who've been let down by the systemWhy Join ClaimsCo?
