Pearl Catering is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Bartenders to join our team on a casual basis.
Based in Bowral, NSW ****, this role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.
As a Waiter/Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service whilst efficiently managing both front-of-house and bar operations.
This position is integral to creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the high standards Pearl Catering is known for.
What you'll be doing Welcoming and seating guests in a warm and professional manner Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and beverages Preparing and serving drinks at the bar, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages Maintaining a clean and organised bar station whilst adhering to health and safety standards Processing payments and managing transactions accurately Clearing and setting tables promptly between services Assisting with stock rotation and reporting low inventory levels Supporting kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery Maintaining skilled appearance and demeanour throughout shifts Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally and courteously What we're looking for Previous experience as a waiter, bartender or in a similar hospitality role (preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates) Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work efficiently under pressure,



particularly during peak service times Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or willingness to obtain) Team player mentality with a positive attitude Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively What we offer As a casual team member, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling that works around your lifestyle, making this an ideal role for students or those seeking part-time work.
