Always.We are St Vincent's Health Australia, Australia's largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in ****, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operatepublic and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About the rolePsychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC) is a 6-bed ward where crisis interventions are delivered for a period of up to 72 hours.Consumers of PECC are often in acute crisis, requiring a safe space to regulate and time to link to other services.PECC is a specialised ward which is staffed with two mental health registered nurses working alongside a Psychiatry Consutant, Registrar, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Peer Support Workers, Social Work, Aboriginal Health Workers and Homeless Health.Working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the consumer and their family members.About youCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse.Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.Why work at St Vincent's?
