We are seeking a driven, relationship focused Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across our product suite.
Your focus will be on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding product adoption, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
You will work closely with Customer Success to maximize customer outcomes, reduce churn risk, and support long term account growth.
This role is eligible for commission based on quarterly sales quota attainment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & GrowthProactively manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across our suite of productsDrive upsell opportunities through license expansion, additional modules, feature adoption, and service enhancementsIdentify and execute cross sell opportunities by introducing complementary products and solutions, including offerings such as Payroll, Analytics, and other add on servicesBuild trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and serve as a strategic partner aligned to their business goalsStrategic Account PlanningDevelop and maintain strategic account plans that align INNERGY solutions to customer priorities, initiatives, and key performance indicatorsUnderstand customer business objectives, operational challenges,
and growth opportunities to proactively position value driven solutionsPartner with customers to support long term adoption and success across the platformContract Management & RenewalsOwn the full lifecycle of customer renewals, contract modifications, and commercial discussionsManage license adjustments, pricing updates, scope changes, and contract negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal teamsEnsure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely executionCross Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health, customer engagement, and renewal readinessProactively identify and address churn risks while supporting retention and customer satisfaction effortsAssist with churn management processes when needed, including communication planning, contract reconciliation, and transition supportSales Operations & ForecastingMaintain accurate account activity, renewal timelines, chance tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot or CRM platformsProvide regular forecasting and reporting related to quota attainment, pipeline health, renewal status, and at risk accountsSupport sales leadership with insights, trends, and recommendations to improve retention and account growth strategies
