Meriton Suites is seeking a Guest Service Manager for our Surfers Paradise location.
You will lead the front office team, work closely with housekeeping and maintenance, and report to the Hotel Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.You will drive front desk operations, manage rosters and payroll, reinforce Meriton Suites standards, and step in for the Hotel Manager when needed, fostering a respectful, inclusive culture and skilled guest service across all touchpoints.
