This project requires a hands‐on, authoritative leader with deep expertise in structural remedial works and high‐end balcony refurbishments.If you are a specialist in structural repairs, concrete spall, and high-performance waterproofing systems who thrives on driving safety, high quality, and program delivery, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Drive day-to-day operations across the $63 footprint, ensuring all concrete repairs, structural framing, membrane applications, and tile reinstatements meet rigorous standards.Subcontractor Management: Direct and coordinate specialist trades (demolition, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, and balustrading) to maintain tight project schedules.OH&S; & Compliance: Cultivate a strict safety culture, managing high-risk work environments (scaffolding, work at heights) and ensuring 100% compliance with WHS regulations.Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed step-by-step QA inspections to prevent future water ingress or structural defects.Progress Reporting: Partner closely with the Project Manager to track milestones, manage variations, oversee material logistics,



and keep costs aligned with budget.What We Are Looking ForTo excel in this role, you must bring extensive experience in complex building remediations.Experience & SkillsRemedial Expertise: Demonstrable experience leading multi‐unit or high‐value residential/commercial balcony remediation projects ($3M+ scope).
Proven Track Record: Minimum 3–5+ years as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman on structural remedial projects.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete spall repair, structural steel/posts, balustrade systems, substrate preparation, liquid and sheet membrane systems, and flashing details.Leadership Skills: A confident leader with strong communication and site-level dispute‐resolution skills, capable of keeping subbies accountable to tight timelines.Tickets & Licences: White Card, relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Builder, Carpenter, or Waterproofer), Working at Heights, and a valid driver's licence.What's on OfferCompetitive Day Rate: $500 to $650 + Super per day, dependent on depth of remedial background.Major Project: Lead a prominent $3M project in the Inner West.Smooth Onboarding: A flexible 4-week window to allow you to wrap up current commitments before stepping straight onto site.Be careful – Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
