Presenting over 47 years' experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.A bit about the role...The Regional Manager is committed to achieving significant outcomes in the delivery of the Employment Services program in their region by meeting performance objectives and providing quality service delivery through coaching, mentoring, and fostering high a performing team.
The role will lead their team to be the provider of choice, building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, customers and community partners that create sustainable employment opportunities and outcomes for program participants.
The Regional Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships in the community that specifically lead to caseload growth through customer acquisition in a variety of referral channels.So, what does an everyday look like?
Lead, coach and drive team performanceUnderstand the labour market, resourcing needs and constraints of employers and devise solutionsSeek, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prospective employers that identify new and ongoing employment opportunitiesBe a thought leader in diversity and inclusion initiatives and effectively articulate to employers and partners the value proposition, advantages and incentives of employing program participantsProvide organisational reporting and interpret,
