As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estimator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in our continued success.About the RoleReviewing plans, specifications and tender documentation.Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.Obtaining, comparing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing.Preparing competitive tenders and supporting variation pricing during construction.Conducting cost analysis, value engineering and risk assessments.Maintaining estimating databases and cost benchmarks.Participating in tender meetings and post-project cost reviews.Building strong relationships with clients,



suppliers and internal stakeholders.About YouAt least three years' Australian estimating experience.Strong proficiency in Monday.com and Microsoft Office (or similar)Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.Why Join TAND BUILD?
