We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our Operations team, overseeing the performance and culture of allocated depots.

You build strong relationships, maintain discipline in the field, and bring a hands‐on, solutions‐focused approach to daily operational challenges.
The Role
Ensure all work is delivered safely and compliantly, following legal and company requirements.
Complete safety inspections, report incidents promptly and manage them appropriately.
Ensure all staff are trained, licensed, competent and fit for duty,
including supporting Return to Work.
Dispatch jobs on time with the correct labour, vehicles and equipment.
Confirm TMPs, TGS and permits are in place before any work begins.
Resolve operational issues quickly, professionally and escalates where required.
Lead teams by setting behavior and performance standards, running toolbox meetings and conducting regular 1:1s.
Maintain a disciplined, safe and professional depot culture.
Oversee vehicle pre‐starts, equipment compliance, stock records and ensure depots/vehicles are clean and organised while protecting assets.
Review and approve job dockets daily and meet payroll, reporting and documentation deadlines.
Participate in a rotating after‐hours on‐call roster.
Requirements
Experience in traffic management, operations, or field‐based supervision
Current Driver's License
Relevant Traffic Management accreditation/licenses
White Card
Current First Aid & CPR
Ability to perform traffic management duties if required
Ability to travel between depots
Strong leadership, communication and problem‐solving skills
High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to safety and compliance
