You'll manage daily kitchen operations, lead and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and aged care standards.
Your responsibilities will include:Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Aged Care Nutrition & Hydration standardsPrepare nutritious meals, including special diets, aligned with resident needs and care plansManage stock, ordering, food storage and kitchen budgetsSupervise, roster, train and mentor staffMaintain a clean,
