About the Job
Fridge Filters Australia is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Adamstown team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties include:




Take around ******* inbound calls per day from customers needing replacement fridge filters
Make around ****** outbound calls a day
Use phone, email and our CRM to place orders, track deliveries and resolve product queries
Support outbound customer engagement and marketing programs (no cold calling)
Handle general admin and keep customer records accurate
About You
Customer service background (call centre, retail, hospitality or similar)
Clear, friendly phone and email communication
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
Comfortable with Windows-based systems (training provided)
Sales or admin experience a bonus, not essential
Prepared to have fun while getting the job done!
Market-competitive salary of $65,000–$75,000 + super (depending on experience)
