We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service & Delivery Experience Team Leader to join our Service & Delivery team at Resero, based at our Office in Minto NSW.
This is a genuine player-coach role.
You'll lead and develop a small team while also rolling up your sleeves to personally manage our project and complex orders from coordination through to on-the-ground delivery.
Alongside this, you'll oversee the broader customer journey from post-sale through to post-delivery, leading the coordination of customer orders, logistics, and managing inbound customer requests while working closely with freight partners, suppliers, and contractors.
As a key leader within the function, you'll ensure orders including complex project and installation work are delivered on time, in full, and to the high standards our customers expect.

A strong customer‐first mindset with a proactive, hands‐on approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence working with ERP and administrative systems (Epicor experience advantageous)
The ability to prioritise effectively and problem‐solve in a dynamic setting
This is a hands‐on leadership role.
Beyond managing and developing the team, you will personally take ownership of coordinating and managing our fixed seating installations and project orders, end to end.
You will be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm at our Minto office.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Take ownership of coordinating and managing fixed seating installations and project orders, end to end
Lead the end‐to‐end order fulfilment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Oversee the daily operations of the Service & Delivery function
Coach, support, and develop team members, fostering a high‐performance culture
Ensure after‐sales service and warranty requests are managed efficiently and cost‐effectively
Support the Head of Service in delivering strategic initiatives across Service & Delivery
Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
Proactively manage dispatch schedules, including containers, trucks, and shipments, to optimise outcomes
Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure accurate and timely data management across ERP and CRM systems
