You'll provide an outstanding customer experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting customers,



identifying their service needs and explaining repair options and pricingPreparing accurate repair estimates and service documentationCoordinating with our technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of all workKeeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle in a clear and transparent wayMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions, service history, parts and labourProactively recommending additional services to improve vehicle performance and longevityHelping foster a positive, collaborative environment within the service departmentAbout youYou're professional, organised and thrive on delivering great service.
You enjoy solving problems and can keep your cool when things get busy.We're looking for someone who has:Minimum 2 years' experiencein a customer-facing role and, whilst automotive experience would be looked upon favourably, it is not considered essentialStrongcommunication and interpersonal skills– you're confident dealing with customers and technicians alikeProvenproblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesConfidence usinga variety of IT systemsAgenuine passion and commitment to exceptional customer serviceThe ability toadapt to changing prioritiesin a fast-paced workshop environmentWhy you'll love working at Cricks TweedAt Cricks Tweed, you're more than just a number.
