Full-Time, Head Office – Warriewood, NSWImmediate start preferredWe are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to join our Production team in a full-time capacity.
Working closely with Design, Product Development, Raw Materials and our local and international manufacturing partners, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process to ensure products are delivered on time, to budget and to the high quality standards Bassike is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end production process from purchase order through to deliveryBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with both onshore and offshore manufacturing partnersManaging production critical paths and ensuring key milestones are achievedMonitoring production schedules and proactively identifying and resolving potential delaysWorking closely with Product Development and Raw Materials teams to ensure all production requirements are metReviewing production capacity and planning with manufacturing partnersNegotiating lead times and supporting cost and efficiency improvementsManaging quality, delivery and production performance across the supplier baseCoordinating approvals,



shipment readiness and production documentationPartnering with Logistics to ensure timely delivery into the warehouseSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across production processesContributing to supplier performance reviews and ongoing manufacturing strategyThis is a collaborative role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong supplier relationships and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.About YouPrevious experience in a Production Manager role within the fashion or apparel industryDemonstrated experience managing both offshore and onshore apparel manufacturersStrong understanding of garment manufacturing, production timelines and critical path managementExcellent knowledge of factory processes, quality standards and production planningHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesA collaborative, solutions-focused mindsetExperience using AP21 or similar ERP/production management systems (desirable)Why Join Bassike?
