YOUR ROLE
As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the delivery team and relevant stakeholders.
This prospect will allow you to showcase your skills on exciting new projects involving all components of the civil & early works in the construction industry whilst expanding your knowledge in all areas of the delivery process.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to;
Lead your team and project to success;
Reviewing and interpreting project plans and documents;
Controlling risks;
Undertaking inspections of systems and equipment;
Scheduling and organizing plant and resources;




Manage quality and programme;
Review and deliver scope and methodology;
Stakeholder management;
Supervising sub-contractors and staff.
EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in excavation projects, ideally specializing in remediation, demolition, bulk excavations, retention/shoring systems, subgrade and base-course preparation, and pavement placement;
Sound communication and excellent organizational skills;
Enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated;
Ability to multitask and work both autonomously and within a team setting;
Australian working rights are essential.
