This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, highly organised, and service-driven, with the ability to support families through sensitive and meaningful moments while coordinating professional funeral services.The RoleAs a Funeral Conductor / Arranger, you will work closely with families and the local team to arrange and conduct dignified funeral services.
You will play a key role in ensuring services run smoothly while providing empathetic, professional support to families during their time of need.Key responsibilities include:Meeting with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services in line with their wishesConducting and overseeing funeral services with professionalism and respectProviding exceptional customer service to families, clients, and internal stakeholdersSupporting day-to-day operations at the locationEnsuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standardsAssisting with preparation, coordination, and service delivery as requiredContributing to a collaborative and respectful team environmentSupporting health, safety,
