This role requires a highly experienced person who can operate with a greater level of autonomy and initiative, providing strong assistance to the Practice Manager and the wider team.Location:



This is an exciting opportunity to join Ochre Medical Centre HobartCore Responsibilities:Support the Practice Manager to provide best practice primary health care to the community and lead the team when the Practice Manager is not on site.Ensure processes and systems are in accordance with National Standards for AccreditationManage the reception team including workflow, billings, administration systems and support.Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisationsExperience in a similar role (medical administration an advantage).
Demonstrated previous experience in managing other team members and ability to encourage leadership and team work.Valuable working knowledge of the Medicare ScheduleStrength in building customer and stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated patient-focused approach in service provisionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize varied and conflicting demands with strong problem solving skills.I look forward to receiving interest for this great role within the Ochre Family.
