As part of our expansion and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences, we are seeking 2 qualified and experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.These roles are critical to supporting our kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction.Position : CookKey Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean and Modern Australian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standardsAssisting in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, portioning, and platingEnsuring consistency in food quality, taste,



and presentationMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standardsMonitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and inventory controlFollowing instructions from the Head Chef and contributing to smooth kitchen workflowEnsuring compliance with hygiene and workplace health and safety regulationsQualification and Experience Requirements:Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryAt least 2 years of experience as an independent CookAbility to work in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detailApplications without the required qualifications and relevant experience will not be considered.
