Position OverviewAn Assembly Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Vehicle Fitterisneeded tofill a permanentposition assembling a range of OEM products in a well establishedGeneral Engineering Manufacturing company located in Morningside, Brisbane.
An immediate start is available with on the job training available.On a daily basis the successful applicant will be required to assist with the mechanical assembly of a variety of products including trailers for the mining industry, and perform other tasks depending on current workloads.
Components are manufactured in-house and the position will include component preparation, assembly and detailing.
Along with stock control, warehousing and dispatch.
Attention to detail and mechanical fitting skills will be required and a forklift licence will be an advantage.
