In this role, you'll help manage and maintain the product backlog across our university partner websites, assisting with the prioritisation and delivery of enhancements that improve the student experience.
Working closely with UX/UI, Delivery, Technology and Marketing teams, you'll gather user feedback, contribute ideas for website improvements, and help ensure digital initiatives are delivered smoothly.

to deliver high-quality digital experiencesDefine and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements in ConfluenceFacilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremoniesBalance competing priorities (enhancements, defects, technical debt, SEO, security)Support QA, UAT and production validation during releasesCommunicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readinessBuild strong relationships across Digital, Marketing, Operations and TechnologyWho We NeedYou're a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Owner with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
You'll bring:2 years experience as a Product Owner/Associate (or similar) in agile environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience advantageous)Expertise in backlog management across multiple prioritiesExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting QA/UATExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into delivery-ready solutionsA strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking approachBonus if you have experience withGoogle Analytics, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, SalesforceCRO or digital optimisation environmentsEducation, retail or high-volume customer-focused industriesAgile certifications (Scrum, SAFe,
