Bayblue Management is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join their team.Beerwah and Palmwoods Hotel are Independently owned Hotels in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, known for the best steaks and parmigiana's on the coast, great seafood and live entertainment.
We have a 250 seat bistro and can cater for functions from 20 to 200 people.
We offer live music 3 nights and 1 afternoon a week as well as being open for lunch and dinner 7 days.We also have another smaller venue- Glasshouse Tavern, known for smoked meats and delicious pizzas.




With seating for 150 people and a small sports bar and pokie room.The successful applicant's will have the following:experience in a busy Hotel or Restaurant environmentminimum 1-2 years of duty management or supervisory experienceexcellent customer service and communication skillsBright and bubbly personality with a can do attitude who is hand on and leads by examplestaff organisation and training skills are a mustthe ability to work 5 days a week including nights, weekends and school and public holidaysRSA and RSGbe able to work in a team environmentbe a problem solver and self starterattention to detail is a musthigh energy and drive to develop good customer relationships and increase revenueEither hold or willing to obtain a RMLV and Approved Managers LicenceIn return for the successful applicant we offer the following:long term employment in a friendly professional environmentthe prospect for career development within the companythe responsibility and satisfaction of organising and producing functions for customers special daysgood annual salary + super
