We're a growing mortgage brokerage looking for an organised and experienced Loan Writer who's ready to play a key role in our next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role working directly alongside our Director/Lead Broker - structured, well-supported, and with a explicit path forward for the right person.

The Role
As our Loan Writer, you'll be responsible for managing the loan process from application through to settlement, ensuring every file is accurate, compliant and delivered with exceptional attention to detail.
You'll become a key point of contact for both clients and lenders, helping keep applications moving while providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.




Core responsibilities include:
Preparing and submitting residential loan applications
Collecting, reviewing and verifying supporting documentation
Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the application process
Managing CRM updates and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Monitoring loan applications through to approval and settlement
Providing proactive client communication, updates and follow-ups
Supporting the Mortgage Broker with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining accurate records while managing multiple applications simultaneously
About You
You'll have experience in mortgage broking, banking or financial services and be confident preparing and managing loan applications from submission through to settlement.
You understand lender policies, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering accurate, compliant work while keeping clients informed every step of the way.
You'll also bring:
