About the roleOne Agency Caddens - St Marys is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Penrith NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional property management services to our residential portfolio.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards.
This role is integral to our success in the residential leasing and property management sector, directly contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.Key responsibilities:Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including tenant liaison, lease administration and property inspectionsHandling rent collection, arrears management and pursuing debt recovery where necessaryConducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repair worksProcessing tenant applications, conducting reference checks and preparing lease documentationResponding to tenant enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerLiaising with landlords to provide regular updates on property performance and rental incomeEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, including tenancy laws and safety regulationsMarketing vacant properties and coordinating viewings to minimise vacancy periodsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentationManaging budgets and coordinating contractors for maintenance and repairsWhat we're looking for:Proven experience working as a Property Manager in residential property management(For the right applicant,
