Orange and ACT.Our Service Team is located in Kingsgrove Sydney.Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide an excellent level of Customer Service Support through incoming emails and phone calls and logging service requests.Allocate and coordinate service requests with customers and technicians.Monitoring service requests based on priority.Management of suppliers purchases by ordering materials required for completion of service jobsAssisting with customer reports.Qualifications & experienceBe proficient in use of MS Windows (including: Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent speaking, listening and writing skillsExperience in an office or within a customer service role will be looked upon favourably.Valuable time ManagementShow reliability and responsibilityCan work autonomously as well as take direction from team members
