Permanent day shift positionLifestyle 4 on / 4 off rosterHighly automated manufacturing facilitySecure, growing business with long-term career opportunitiesOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive maintenance team and positive workplace cultureAbout the RoleReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll join a team of nine skilled tradespeople (Mechanical & Electrical) responsible for maintaining a 24/7 production facility operating across multiple manufacturing lines.You'll play a key role in improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative,



corrective and breakdown maintenanceDiagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical equipmentRepair, service and maintain production machineryImprove preventative maintenance schedules to maximise reliabilityAssist with continuous improvement and plant upgrade projectsMaintain high standards of workplace safety and housekeepingWork collaboratively with production and maintenance teamsAbout YouMechanical Trade Qualification (Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Engineering Tradesperson)Experience in manufacturing, processing or industrial environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExperience with preventative maintenance systemsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong commitment to workplace safety and qualityExcellent communication skills and a proactive attitudeHighly RegardedFood manufacturing or FMCG experienceKnowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systemsExperience using CMMS or other maintenance management softwareIf you're looking for a secure role with excellent work-life balance, career development and the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing facility, we'd love to hear from you.
