Key Responsibilities
Responding to rental inquiries phone & email
Coordinating repairs & maintenance requests
Conducting open for inspections & private viewings
Processing applications & leasing properties
Performing routine inspections & reporting
Supporting senior property managers
Conducting in-going & outgoing inspections with detailed reports

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
