About the Role:We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant/Operations Manager to play a vital role in the daily operations of our venue.
You'll help lead a dynamic team, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service at every turn.

The ideal candidate will be an aspiring leader with a passion for hospitality, who thrives under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the running of food service,



ensuring our service standards are upheld and we are creating memorable dining experiencesDemonstrate strong skills in working within budget constraints and achieving financial targetsMaintain product knowledge of beer, wine and spiritsAdhere to cash-procedures and ensure venue closes are tight and thoroughMaintain knowledge of venue compliance, OLGR regulations and venue operationsTraining and engaging the team with a focus on continual staff development through effective communicationWork with the marketing team to produce creative promotions and venue initiativesFollow stock control procedures and complete accurate stock takesEnsure that the services standards are upheld in gaming facilitiesAbout you:Minimum (1) year experience in a similar roleHighly motivated, customer focused, and passionate about hospitalityAbility to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and composureA solid track record of meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)A natural and confident leaderRSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager accreditation with along with gaming machine experienceHave a strong product knowledge in beer, wine and spiritsHave full availability to work a mix of nights, weekends and day shiftsWHAT WE OFFER:This is a great opportunity to join a progressive group that is constantly at the forefront of industry innovation.
