Samaritans in the Current England Region is seeking a Therapeutic Case Worker for the HYAP.
The role delivers trauma-informed, strengths-based casework, focusing on unaccompanied children and youth at risk of homelessness.You will conduct assessments, counselling and family interventions to improve safety, stability and long‐term outcomes.
