About the role
We are looking for Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our boutique store at Chermside QLD as we lead into our peak trade season.
We are in need of an experienced and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated experience in retail sales assistant roles in a retail store environment.
We are looking for skilled and dynamic retail professional with good availability for shifts across the week (including late night trade and weekends), who can support our amazing Chermside Store by providing exceptional customer service and accurately representing our brand.
What you will be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and accurate product information to our customers
Proactively engaging with our customers and taking them on a journey with our beautiful and functional products
Aiming for excellence with store presentation, work ethic and personal appearance
Promoting the beauty of Le Creuset's products with visual merchandising in store using brand guidelines
Driving the store success by achieving (or surpassing!) sales targets, KPI's and brand expectations
Improving store operations efficiency and profitability (you love to seek out process improvements!)
Assistance with stock and inventory requirements
Demonstrating a supportive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach to assist the Store Manager and contribute to the wider team

What we are looking for
Demonstrated success and solid experience as a Sales Assistant in a retail store environment (with homewares or similar an advantage)
A solid understanding of the premium customer service experience
Super keen eye for detail (a must!)
Professional, polite and neatly presented
Organised, proactive and shows initiative - you think on your feet!
Flexible and adaptable
Reliable and switched on, with a strong work ethic
Team player - friendly, positive and approachable attitude
Good availability for shifts, including late night trade and weekends
Clear and well spoken - a strong communicator with proficiency in English
Australian working rights (resident, citizen or current visa) - unfortunately we are unable to offer employer sponsorship with this role
A love of cookware and / or personal experience with our brand a huge plus!
