We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisor who has a genuine passion for the automotive industry and loves helping customers find the complete solution for their vehicle and wants to spread their qualities across multiple teams.
This is more than a customer service role.
You'll be a goal kicker for your team working alongside our counter and workshop team to deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships and ensure every customer leaves feeling valued.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers and creating an exceptional experience from first impression to future bookings.
Be that person of knowledge that recommends the complete solution for their vehicle.
Preparing quotes and explaining tyres, servicing, alignments and mechanical repairs with confidence.
Connecting the front of house with the workshop ensuring our technicians day runs efficiently.
Parts organisation - parts in parts out will bring your organisational skills to the front row
Working closely with your team to ensure your team are kicking goals.
