About the Role
As aCarer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
You'll work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person‐centred care.
Shifts available every day – morning, afternoon and night
Candidates must have broad availability
What You'll Do
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
Support emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
Deliver care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
Follow infection control and WHS practices
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
Contribute to a safe,



respectful and resident‐focused environment
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience working as a Carer in aged care
Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Vast availability across all shift types (morning, afternoon & night)
A genuine passion for delivering high‐quality care
Mandatory Requirements:
National Police Check
