This flexible role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a variety of tasks and are passionate about providing excellent service to our residents.About the RoleAs a Hotel Services Assistant, you will play an important role in the daily lives of our residents by helping to maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.
This is a dual‐role position, combining hospitality, meal service and housekeeping duties.
You will receive training and support across both areas, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.In this varied role, you'll support residents' comfort, wellbeing and quality of life by assisting with meal service, dining room support, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
