Administration Assistant
About the Role
As a Reception/ Administration Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Fergus Builders.
Working from our Mackay Head Office, you'll provide administrative support across the business, helping to ensure our office operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our team, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receival and entry of supplier and subcontractor invoicesAnswering and directing incoming phone callsManaging emails, mail and general correspondenceGreeting clients,



visitors and contractorsMaintaining electronic filing and office recordsOrdering office supplies and company issued uniformsProviding administrative support to Directors and the wider teamAssisting with general office administration duties as requiredManaging incoming enquiries and directing them to appropriate teams where required
About You
You'll bring a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced office setting.
To be successful, you'll have:
Excellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or the ability to quickly learn new software)Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
