We specialise in delivering cutting-edge control systems, SCADA platforms, and operational technologies that keep critical environments running efficiently and reliably.We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our Sydney team, supporting and maintaining mission-critical systems across industrial, infrastructure, and data-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of SCADA and control systems (including AVEVA System Platform, Ignition, Niagara, and PlantSCADA)Manage and resolve system incidents, tickets, and service requests in line with agreed SLAsPerform troubleshooting, fault finding, and root cause analysis across SCADA, PLC, and integrated systemsSupport upgrades, patches, and system improvements to ensure reliability, performance, and securityCollaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality operational support and enhancementsWho You AreProven experience in a SCADA/Control Systems/Automation Engineering role within industrial, BMS,



or data centre environmentsStrong hands-on experience with AVEVA/Wonderware (System Platform, Ignition, Niagara) or similar SCADA technologiesFamiliarity with PLC platforms (e.g. Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, TIA Portal, WinCC) and industrial communications (OPC, MODBUS, BACNET)Experienced in support environments, including ticketing systems, incident management, and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliabilityExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end usersWhy Join Crossmuller?
