The roleWe're currently seeking 30 enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join a busy and dynamic contact centre based in Granville.In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with wagering enquiries, account support, and a range of general customer service requests.
You'll provide outstanding service to both new and existing customers while working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading betting organisations.

Free parking is also available.Shifts: Rotating roster between 7:00am and 10:15pm,



Monday to Saturday.Please noteAvailability to work every Saturday is essential.You will also be required to work on Melbourne Cup Day and Oaks Day.These requirements are non-negotiable.This is a casual role working onsite at the Granville office on a rotating roster.Training: 4 weeks of full-time training will be provided Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with a combination of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-floor coaching.What We're Looking ForPrevious customer service experience in a retail or contact centre environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailA positive attitude with resilience and a strong work ethicConfidence using multiple computer systems simultaneouslyThe ability to thrive in a quick-paced, team-oriented environmentA passion for sports is a bonus, but not essential!
