In this role, you will develop, analyse, interpret and report on data to support key initiatives and service delivery across the Department of Communities and Justice.Working with a range of stakeholders, you will transform complex information into meaningful insights that drive strategic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement, contributing to better services for the people and communities of NSW.What you'll doMake a real impact by turning data into insights that help shape services and outcomes for communities across NSW.Deliver high‐quality performance reporting, analysis and insights to support strategic decision‐making.Extract, analyse and visualise data using tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau and Code OSS.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify performance trends, opportunities and risks.Contribute to data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organisational capability.Work in a collaborative, flexible hybrid environment,
