Key Responsibilities
Manage the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover
Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently
Deliver homes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication throughout the construction journey
Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure compliance with QBCC requirements, NCC and company standards
Maintain safe, organised and efficient construction sites
Work closely with internal construction, scheduling and operational teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes
