Payroll Officer
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Payroll Officer who takes pride in getting things right.

What you'll be doing
Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
Managing employee payroll records and maintaining data integrity
Processing leave, overtime, allowances, superannuation and terminations
Responding to payroll enquiries with professionalism and care
Reconciling payroll reports and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
Working closely with Finance and the HR team to support payroll activities
What you'll bring
Previous experience in an end-to-end payroll position
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements




Experience interpreting Awards and employment conditions
High attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
