The Role
Social Media & Digital
Owning and managing all social media and email marketing activity from planning through to posting
Briefing and collaborating with external agencies to drive paid performance across Meta and Google
Building and growing influencer and brand ambassador partnerships
Rolling out fun, engaging competitions and brand collaborations
Supporting retail partners with digital content when needed
Content Creation
Coordinating photoshoots and content production
Working closely with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and assets
Performance & Reporting
Keeping a close eye on performance across social and digital channels
Managing budgets with a robust focus on ROI
Turning insights into smarter, better-performing campaigns
Playing a key role in growing and strengthening the brand presence
About You
Experienced in social media and digital marketing
A natural content creator with a strong feel for trends
Commercially minded and results-driven
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
