Some nursery experience is needed,



and we're committed to helping the right person continue to develop.Your day-to-day may include:Weeding and general plant careStaking and trimmingMoving and organising stockPicking and preparing plants for ordersPotting and repottingWatering and fertilisingAssisting with pest and disease managementWhat you bringBasic nursery or horticulture experienceA positive attitude and willingness to work outdoorsAbility to carry out manual labour, including safely lifting loads of up to 15 kgReliability and a robust sense of responsibilityA Chemcert card in Chemical Awareness (AQF2) will be highly regardedThis is a full‐time position (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm) with Nursery Award pay and genuine opportunities for progression.Please note that due to the large number of applicants expected, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Flower Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
