About the role
As a Parts Interpreter/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of spare parts for both our Service Department and valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Swift and exact interpretation of spare parts




Delivering exceptional customer service
Expert inventory management and stock control
Timely and cost-effective ordering
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and customers alike
What We're Looking For
A positive, customer focused mindset
Reliability and punctuality with a "can do" attitude
Strong team player mentality
Familiarity with parts processing programs
Forklift and car driving license (an advantage)
Additional Assets:
Previous parts interpreting experience
Retail background
An understanding of mechanics/earthmoving equipment
