The Role...
In this exciting role, reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting daily warehouse and operational activities.
Coordinating workflow to ensure productivity targets and customer requirements are achieved.
Managing stock control processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Operating forklifts and assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Monitoring team performance, attendance, and operational KPIs.
Maintaining high housekeeping, safety,



and compliance standards while supporting equipment uptime through inspections and maintenance reporting.
To be successful in this role, you must:
Have previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar setting.
Hold a current Forklift Licence.
Have strong stock control and inventory management experience.
Have excellent communication and people leadership skills.
Have a mechanical background or be mechanically minded (highly desirable).
Have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Be reliable, proactive, and committed to achieving operational outcomes.
