High-impact role - create new men's mental health initiatives that corporates can get behind, then secure the partnerships and sponsorships to fund them
Autonomous role reporting directly to the co-founders - shape the charity's next phase
Genuine scope for executive-level progression based on performance
Sydney based with real flexibility in how you work
About the Charity
On average, men account for seven out of nine suicides every single day in Australia.
This registered charity exists to change that, supporting men's mental health and suicide prevention by getting blokes connected, talking and supported before and when they need it most.
It began after the founders lost their brother and mate to suicide in ****.
What started as a 25km walk between four mates has grown into their flagship event: a blokes-only walk held on a single day across more than 30 locations in Australia and overseas, with over 3,000 men taking part this year.
The momentum is real, and it is still building.
Beyond the flagship walk, the charity runs a portfolio of initiatives.
Their core project funds a network of psychologists who specialise in men's mental health, subsidising sessions for blokes who need financial assistance.
Their challenge program sees individuals, groups of mates and workplaces set fundraising challenges for the cause.
And they are producing professionally made short-story videos that get men talking and lift the profile of men's mental health.
The organisation is financially stable, backed by an established base of corporate partners across construction, mining, technology and finance,

and run by a small, close-knit team supported by a wider network of volunteers and community leaders.
Having recently refocused their project portfolio to concentrate on what works, they are now investing in what comes next.
That is where you come in.
The Impact You'll Make
This is a new senior-level role created to give the charity's two biggest growth levers the dedicated focus they deserve: creating recent projects that drive real impact for men's mental health, and winning the corporate sponsorships and partnerships that fund them.
You will be the co-architect and the seller.
Working closely with the founders, the team and community leaders, you will gather ideas widely, shape new projects that corporates can genuinely get behind, test them fast, and scale what works.
Then you'll own every sponsorship and partnership conversation, winning new corporate partners, growing existing relationships and building the pipeline and systems to make revenue repeatable.
Every dollar you bring in translates directly into more men supported, more conversations started and more lives changed.
Few sales roles offer a line of sight to impact this direct.
You will report to the three co-founders, meeting weekly, with a high degree of autonomy in between.
This is a hands-on, doing role as much as a strategic one: you will set the direction and roll your sleeves up to make it happen.

It takes someone who knows how to get things done themselves and gets on with it.
The role is Sydney based, ideally on the North Shore or Northern Beaches, with flexible working arrangements.
For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow into executive-level leadership of the charity over time, based on performance.
The Experience You'll Bring
A proven track record of winning revenue through B2B sales, business development, corporate partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising, with the hunter instinct to proactively open doors
Strong engagement / relationship-building and influencing skills with senior and corporate stakeholders
Conceptual thinking - you can connect building something new with selling it, rather than pitching an established product to an established market
Experience designing and delivering projects or initiatives, ideally from the ground up is advantageous; an entrepreneurial streak is highly valued
A highly self-directed and accountable nature - you're comfortable operating with autonomy and bringing clear recommendations to the table
Flexibility in your thinking - you're collaborative, able to commit to team decisions without a bruised ego, move forward quickly and are open to feedback and coaching
A genuine connection to the cause of men's mental health, and the flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events
Tech-savvy - you're comfortable working with modern tools including AI, CRM and fundraising platforms
Your background may surprise us, and that is fine.
What matters is that you sell in a sophisticated way, think conceptually, and want your work to mean something.
A competitive salary package with performance incentives is on offer, plus the tax-effective benefits available when working for a registered charity.
