What you will do
Provide personalised support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans
Work a variety of shifts including active nights, sleepovers, weekdays, and weekends
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
Support the team in facilitating community participation and social activities
Support clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
What you will bring
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or above
A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a current Class C Driver Licence
A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian work rights
Willingness to complete a National and International Police Check (paid for by Afford)




Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and functional assessment (paid for by Afford)
